At Agotrtyres, we strive to provide prompt and reliable delivery services. Please review the following details regarding our delivery process:
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
- International Shipping: We currently only ship within Australia.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy:
- Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@agotrtyres.com.au. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
- Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
